Being retired and a regular golfer I was struggling to be able to play without severe pain from my left SI joint area. I found the Futuro Sacro Brace about 4 years ago and since then I have worn it everytime I play golf - about 3 or 4 times a week. This product is really durable. Provided you wash it every few weeks it stays in excellent condition. Best to be airdried. I find wearing it as low on the hips as poosible gives the best support. Playing a 4 hour round of golf with it on is not the most comfortable experience, but it certainly beats not being able to play golf. I find it best to have a model that is slightly small rather than one which is too big.
